We have equipped a Boyin 48-head digital printing machine, with a single shift output of 4,000-7,000 meters in 8 hours. This allows us to provide quick samples within 24-48 hours and handle small trial orders, multi-color sets, and placement printing needs, avoiding intermediate markups while balancing efficiency and cost advantages.
Self-production of final products
Our subsidiary Taian Bonnie Garment Co., Ltd. operates a 6,000㎡ production workshop with 156 professional staff, equipped with full sets of sewing, cutting, and washing equipment. We specialize in manufacturing children's cotton products such as gauze towels, sensory blankets, baby sleep sacks, bibs, and washcloths. Our products are certified by ISO9001, BSCI, and OEKO-TEX, free from fluorescent agents and formaldehyde, meeting the high standards of the maternal and infant industry.
